Chef Stéphane Cheramy Appointed President of Club Coupe du Monde Team USA
Currently the Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott - Orlando Grande Lakes, Chef Cheramy has managed pastry operations at this AAA 5 Diamond, Michelin Award-winning resort since 2006. His career includes key roles at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, The Ritz-Carlton Naples, and the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, as well as work in renowned French establishments.
Chef Cheramy expressed, "I am deeply honored to lead Club Coupe du Monde Team USA. Our mission is to support and mentor America's top pastry chefs, fostering innovation and excellence as we represent the United States on the world stage."
Chef Cheramy aims to build a strong team for the 2027 World Pastry Cup, assemble a diverse advisory board, and enhance visibility through strategic marketing and social media.
