BIOGRAPHY

After winning the Coupe du Monde de Patisserie in 2011, Jordi Bordas founded his own pastry school in Viladecans, Barcelona, with the goal of transmitting all his experience and wisdom to the new generations of the sweet sector.

Currently, Jordi is leading an unprecedented educative project alongside his team.

Thanks to his unmatched curiosity and motivation to innovate and revolutionize the pastry world, Jordi Bordas has spent the last few years of his career thoroughly investigating and studying the most complex aspects of this culinary discipline. This process has led him to develop the B-Concept, his method of formulating recipes from scratch, working up from a solid foundation of knowledge and a unique step by step domain, conceived by Jordi himself.
