Biography
Sandra Ornelas began her training at the Institut Paul Bocuse where she had the opportunity to learn alongside great names of French gastronomy. She decides then to complete her training in pastry and chocolate alongside Philippe Rigollot, World Champion pastry and Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Since 2013, Sandra has been a member of the team of pastry chefs at L'Ecole Valrhona, in charge of the Iberian market. In 2018, she accomplished third place in the international pastry competition “Pastry Queen”. In 2021, Sandra graduated with a MSc in "Food Development and Innovation" from the University of Barcelona.
