Biography
In 2011, Yohan was named vice-champion in the “Young Chocolatiers and Confectioners” category of a national competition.
He then won the Young Chocolatier title at the Rabelais awards in 2012.
His time as an assistant pastry chef gave him the opportunity to learn from the best in the business, and Yohan is now a Pastry Chef Instructor at L’École Valrhona in Tain l’Hermitage.
