1000g Rice milk

100g SOSA Prosorbet 100 cold Natur

20g SOSA Glycerin

20g Matcha tea 

200g Sugar

Mix the ingredients and blend with an immersion blender.



Let it rest for at least 6 hours and churn with an ice cream machine.



Keep it in the freezer at 5°F (-15°C).
