NOROHY Vanilla Old Fashioned

Combine water, sugar, and scraped NOROHY vanilla bean into a sauce pan.



Bring to a boil and cool quickly.



Keep covered in the refrigerator.

Combine bourbon whiskey (or tea), Norohy Vanilla Syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with cubed ice.



Stir and strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube.



Finish with a squeeze of the orange peel and then use peel as a garnish.
