Celebrating 10 Years of Excellence at L’École Valrhona Brooklyn
In 2015, L’École Valrhona opened its fourth school in Brooklyn, NY—the first and only one in North America. Since then, our Brooklyn location has become a cornerstone of the global pastry community, welcoming over 1,000 pastry chefs and artisans to experience advanced training, creativity, and technical excellence.
As part of the Valrhona network of five schools worldwide and three V-Labs across Europe, L’École Valrhona continues to set the standard for excellence in the pastry world, fostering a community united by a shared ambition: to elevate the culinary industry for the benefit of all.
2025 marks a special milestone for us as we celebrate our 10th anniversary—a year of reflection, gratitude, and excitement for the future.
Located in vibrant Dumbo, at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge and just five minutes from downtown Manhattan, L’École Valrhona is more than just a place—it’s a network. Our chefs have supported the U.S. pastry industry long before our school arrived in Brooklyn, and today, our growing team continues to provide technical support for pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and culinary professionals from coast to coast.
